Condemned and mistreated,
And sent away from home,
Succumbing to the evil,
I was born to be alone.

Marching to the army, as my parents forced me to,
Remember my name, it’s the last thing I own.

Verthion since birth,
Had shown darkness within,
And since he came back from the war,
He brawls and always wins.

He wanted glory and power in his hands,
To earn the throne by the means of the dark.

With his new battling techniques,
The fights were always his.
And competing he could show to his clan,
He was meant to be the ruler of the dazzling land.

It was the time to win the final fight,
Versus Hovenar and his rak.
Both belonged to the dark,
But a loving parent wouldn’t hurt his child.

I am no longer the one you used to know!

Nekaroth, my only friend,
You alone understand,
The loneliness I’ve always gone through.
Now it is our time to reign.

I will be the darkest of the nights,
This island I used to love is now completely mine.
Mom, and dad, is this the kid you wanted?
Blame is yours, you are the ones who pushed me to the void.

Verthion fought with hate by his side,
He was meant to be the leader of his Airlevan,
Nekaroth, fierce he would destroy,
Everyone who tried to reach the throne.

After he won the final fight,
Versus Hovenar and his rak,
Airlevan fell to the dark,
A consuming darkness that destroyed the calm.

Verthion and his perpetual Night,
Claimed the throne for more than one time,
Their reign lasted long,
Undefeated sovereign.
